1. Returns

 

 

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging.

 

To be eligible:

 

  • Item must be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Product must be unopened and unused

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

 

 

Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns of:

 

  • Opened or used products

  • Skincare, cosmetics, or body products that have been unsealed

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

 

 

 

 

3. Refunds

 

 

Once your return is received and inspected:

 

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds may take 5–10 working days to process

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

 

 

 

 

4. Exchanges

 

 

We only replace items that arrive:

 

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

 

 

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

 

 

 

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

 

 

Once an order shows as delivered, we are not responsible for:

 

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

 

 

For issues, please contact the courier directly.

 

 

 

6. International Orders

 

 

International customers are responsible for:

 

  • Import duties

  • Customs fees

  • Local taxes

 

 

We cannot refund orders refused due to customs charges.
